Room for rent in Moreno Valley house. I have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house off of Heacock north of the 60. I can get to the UCR campus via backroads in around 20 minutes. The cash rent is $650, which includes cable HBO Showtime wireless internet, as well as normal utilities, separate bath, storage area in garage and laundry room privileges. I'm willing to accept work exchange for part of that (house cleaning, yard work, etc). Excessive use of water, heater or air conditioning will require additional monthly contributions. I recently acquired a new house just 1.4 miles from UC Riveside, in the private Reddington House Community, less than 5 minutes drive from the college. The house is fully furnished, looking for responsible UCR students to rent the rooms starting at $500/month from June to September. Reddington Houses community is a safe, quite and secure community with club ammenities. Parking is not a problem with a 2 car garage and a driveway that can easily fit 3 cars. My partner and I have a number of rentals in Riverside ranging from Studio apartments, 2 bedroom Duplex units with laundry room, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with a shared laundry room, and coming up soon, a large home. At any given time, we usually have either a vacancy upcoming, or a newly remodeled unit nearing completion. We currently have about a 50/50 gay/straight mix with about the same ratio of students to career-minded individuals. All available apartments have been remodeled and brought up to "above-average" condition. Interiors are well appointed with tile, carpet, and window coverings provided.
