Looking for someone to take over my apartment in University Village Towers. Its within walking distance of the campus right next to University Plaza. Has many shops and restaurants close by including the University Theaters. Its a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, so you have your own private room and bathroom. I have a room available in a household of UCR alumni, all professionals working. The house is less than a mile from UCR (on Quail Rd, off Broadbent). UCRental.net - $495 room - AVAILABLE NOW! If you are interested please click on "Contact Us" and fill out the form. Everyone in the co-ed household is very nice. We go on regular hikes up to the C near UCR, or other nearby spots. We are also active social salsa dancers (http://UCRSalsa.150m.com). Some of the roomies go skiing every once in a while. There are no cats. And the flooring is wood-laminate so not too much of a need to vacuum.
