Educational Trainings & Presentations
Whether you work with a campus department, residence hall, student organization, or classroom instructor, the LGBTRC staff and student volunteers can organize an educational training or presentation to increase understanding of LGBT lives and issues. Please contact the center to arrange:
a student panel for classrooms and residence halls, or as part of a longer training
a professional development training that combines LGBT 101 with the area of interest particular to your group or department
an Allies seminar for groups of 7 or more people who volunteer to attend (3 hours)
a combination of professional development training and optional 1.5 hour Allies follow-up session
